VA Consulting is led by Iouri Tcherkas, a Certified Practising Valuer (AAPI CPV) with professional experience across commercial property and specialised assets. His career includes valuation roles across boutique, national and international practices. His professional experience includes work for lenders, government entities, developers, investors, corporates and private clients across metropolitan and regional markets. Iouri brings a practical, evidence-based approach to each assignment, combining considered analysis, clear communication and independent professional judgement with direct senior involvement throughout the valuation process.
